The Right Gift = The Right Message
We have all gotten a gift that we loved. Something that was a total surprise and made us feel valued, appreciated…seen.
We have also gotten the gift that had the opposite reaction, the one that left us asking if they even know us at all.
That is what inspired The Ohms Way and Gifting with ease. Working in Sales my career, I saw over and over what a struggle it was for companies to find the right gift. Different things come up throughout the year for all of us where we need a gift.

When we do send a gift, we want it to be something that they will be delighted by… that might even become their new favourite.
We wanted to take away the stress that comes with finding the perfect gift. We have done all of the searching for you and found some new, practical and exciting products, many of them made here in British Columbia where we are based. Every product has been tested, used and loved by us…and we know that anyone who gets one of our gifts is going to love it. Everything comes from a Canadian business.

Everyone wants local products. Supporting Canadian companies and growing Canada should be simple.
What we have done with intention:
Our Packaging is Plain:
• We have stuck with Kraft paper and Kraft cards. We found a supplier in Vancouver, BC. A company called Rayacom Premium Print, that has a whole line of boxes, paper and cardstock from a Kruger, headquartered in Ontario with mills in BC, QC and ON. All of our packing is made right here in Canada. While it is not fancy, it is sustainable, good for our planet, saves all the dyes that leak into our planet and less packaging to get rid of for the person who gets the gift.
We Ship with Canada Post
• We have Canada Post as our Primary Shipper. They offer regular mail, rush shipping and overnights. When we do use a courier, we use Purolator, which is over 90% owned by Canada Post. We are all aware that Canada Post has had some troubles financially, but as a service, they have always been reliable. We also know that there are many communities that rely on Canada Post and would be in real trouble if that service was no longer available. We want to do what we can to support the Canadians across the country that have always supported Canadians. For Local Courier, we work with Urban Transport headquarted in Mission, BC.
We let the person who gets the gift know what is in the gift
• In each gift, we will include information about each of the items that are in the gift. We want them to know that the Cashews, Saltwater Taffy and the Fruit Gummies all come from Coquitlam, BC. We love to tell people that the chips we choose come from over 500 acres of russet potato farms in New Brunswick. Our hope is that they discover their new favourite snack, or some amazing product and they want to learn more about where it came from. Together, we can help Canadians discover new and exciting business and we can help them grow.
We love to make it personal
• Many of our products can be personalized. Some we order through Promotional Product Companies, and they offer to Brand the items with a minimum, and we have all we need here in house to do customization on many of the items. Contact us and we can make sure that they never forget who sent them their gift.
